Description

There are several methods to treat the iron water problem like Ancient Iron Removal method, Traditional Iron Removal Method but most of that don’t work so efficiently. By keeping this on mind WATERSPARKS formulated a new method of treatment by combining both Traditional and Technology. In this process, we won’t disturb your existing line rather than that we will by-pass your existing line. These are the Steps done in our method of the Iron Removal Filtration System.

1000 LPD Iron Removal Plant :

Step 1: The water which is coming out from bore will be diverted to another tank which is called Aeration tank and the water will not flow directly it will be sprayed through the pipes which are already made holes in it and fixed in the Aeration tank

Step 2: After filling the Aeration tank need to give some time to make the hard particles like sediment impurities and rusted irons to settle down.

Step 3: In Aeration tank the waterline will be taken half-inch above from the ground level whereas another line will be there at the bottom for drainage purpose. And to suck the water from this Aeration tank we use 5 Hp monobloc pump.

Step 4: Then the water will be passed to Dual Media Filter and Multi Graded Filter then the outlet line from the filter will be joined to the existing line which goes to the overhead tank and from there as usual, water gets distributed to whole house.

Step 5: And only maintenance you have to do is Backwash this operation flushes out the Iron Sediments and wastes from the filters and which is also very easy to operate, as our valves are made up of inbuilt Ceramic Disc.
